20 Traffic lights and 6 pedestrian crossing signals in varying conditions all worked when taking down but no guarantee they still work. We suggest coming to look at before bidding.

Bids will go to the Township Board of Supervisors meeting for possible award on December 20th , 2022 at 7:00 pm.

The successful bidder shall make payment in full and take acceptance of equipment within ten (10) working days following the bid award. Only a certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to Limerick Township will be accepted.
All equipment offered for sale may be inspected on – site Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00pm at the Township Public Works Garage located behind the municipal building 646 W. Equipment is offered for sale “AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES” The successful bidder, upon making final payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all cost incurred for removal of said equipment. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of equipment at time of purchase special exceptions shall be agreed upon.
The successful bidder, upon taking ownership of any and all equipment purchased within this contract shall properly safeguard against any and all injury or damage to the public, to the public and private property, materials and things, and as such, successful bidder alone shall be responsible for any and all damage, loss or injury to persons or property that may arise, or be incurred in or during the removal, future use and disposition of said equipment. In all cases, successful bidder shall keep Limerick Township free and discharge of and from any and all responsibility therefore of any sort or kind. The successful bidder shall assume all responsibility for risk or casualties of every description, for any or all damages, loss or injury to person or property arising out of any future use, ownership and or disposition of said equipment. The successful bidder upon taking ownership, shall assume and be liable for all blame and loss of what so ever nature by reason of neglect or violation of any Federal, State or Local laws, regulations or ordinances. The successful bidder, upon taking ownership, shall indemnify and SAVE HARMLESS LIMERICK TOWNSHIP from all suits or actions of law of any kind what so ever in connection with any future use, ownership or disposition of any kind of said equipment.
