All payments are in certified checks made payable to Bensalem Township School District All Items are 'AS is', Bensalem Twp School District (BTSD) retains the right to reject any and all bids, or accept or reject any part of a bid deemed to be in the best interest of the BTSD Bid results will be presented to the school board. If approved by the School board this month, they are available right away once titles and transfers can be completed. If the bids received don't meet the asking price the District has established, they could be re-listed. This vehicle is being sold "AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS". THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Inspection of vehicle on site at 1440 Byberry Rd Bensalem, PA 19020 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Payment must be made with CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER at time of pickup. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the Notification of Award. No other information is available on this vehicle. Winning bid will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting to be held

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
