Q:
"Are the post in concrete or do the have a wooden post inside vinyl posted? Time frame to remove?"
- Asked by #28682313 11/29/2022 05:10 PM
A:
We removed a small section and all the posts were concreted in and only the arears of openings or gates had wood posts inside. We would like to see it removed over the winter but can be flexible into the spring.

8ft from center of post to center of post. Rails are 5.5"

Q:
"What is the approximate age of the fence and is it brittle?"
- Asked by #38083516 11/30/2022 09:54 PM
A:
We just acquired the property in 2020. It appears to still be on satellite imagery in 2003. It doesn't seem to be brittle but please schedule a time to look at it to determine its condition.

"When submitting a bid, would you be required to bid on all fencing or would we be able to bid on a portion of the fencing?"

A:
At this time we are selling the fencing as a whole lot.

Q:
"Is the buyer responsible for filling the holes? "
- Asked by #4999223 12/05/2022 01:18 AM
A:
No. The buyer will be responsible for pulling the posts with the concrete and either taking it or disposing it in a determined location on site. We will take care of the holes. Thanks

Q:
"When the post are pulled some might pull without the cement , in that case can the cement be left in the ground or does the cement need to be dug out. Thank You"
- Asked by #6568167 12/05/2022 02:16 PM
A:
We would like to see them all removed, but if a few break free here and there we can take care of them if they are marked.

Q:
"Is all of the fence white vinyl posts or is some of the fence wooden post "
- Asked by #6568167 12/05/2022 07:28 PM
A:
All the fencing is white vinyl. From what we found only the end posts and gate openings do have wood posts inside the vinyl sleeve.
