Item Description
This is a 2017 Ford Explorer with ___ miles on it. The vehicle was used as the K-9 vehicle. There is no body damage to the car and it runs well. We are discontinuing the K-9 program and no longer need the vehicle. Depending on which entity purchases the vehicle, taxes may be due at sale. The Borough will not collect the taxes. The buyer will need to provide a license plate.
12/14 I was just informed that per Subchapter D, Section 4571(b), the light bars may only be used on emergency vehicles. I don't have information about if civilians are bidding on this vehicle but if a civilian purchases it, we will need to remove the light bars to comply.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
