As is auction. Payment due upon pickup. Cashier's check. Buyer to pay for title transfer and taxes, if applicable. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between bidder and GMSD. Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or GMSD reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Governor Mifflin School District in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to Governor Mifflin School District. The successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Please note, upon removal of the property all sales are final. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. GMSD reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of its choice. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the item. Delivery is not available. GMSD is not responsible for auctioned items once they have left GMSD's property.
