Item Description

Wayne Township, Armstrong Co has a 480E Case Tractor and Loader for Sale. Only the tractor and loader will be sold at this time. The blade in some of the pictures is NOT for Sale.

Winning bid will be submitted to the Boaard of Supervisors for consideration at their next monthly meeting (in Feb 2023). Winning bidder will be notified if the Board of Supervisors accepts the bid.

Tractor starts/moves/runs will be sold AS IS WHERE IS. NO Warranty expressed or implied. Winning Bidder will be responsible for arranging pickup within 10 days of being notified of winning bid acceptance. Bidder shall present a funds Certified Bank Check for the amount due at time of pickup.

Seller’s Terms & Conditions

Cash or bank check payable to Wayne Township Armstrong County PA within 5 business days of the auction's close. Buyer may contact seller to make arrangements to see item in advance of bidding. Send a message via "Messages" and we'll provide a contact. Additionally, successful bidder must make arrangements to pick up the item (During Seller's Business Hours) at seller's location within 5 business days of the auction ending. .

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
