Item Description

THE VEHICLE IS A RETIRED DEPARTMENT VEHICLE. THE ODOMETER CURRENTLY IS UNKNOWN DUE TO THE BATTERY BEING DEAD AND THE VEHICLE IS IN FAIR CONDITION. ALL ITEMS WITHIN THE VEHICLE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNING PURCHASER.

AGAIN, THE VEHICLE DOES NOT RUN AND MAY NEED TO BE JUMP STARTED AND/OR TOWED FROM THE IMPOUND YARD. PLEASE ARRIVE WITH THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT(I.E. TOOLS, BATTERY PACK, TOW TRUCK ETC)AS PERSONNEL WILL NOT WAIT IF THE PURCHASER ARRIVES UNPREPARED. THE IMPOUND LOT WILL ALSO BE SECURED UNTIL PROPER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO REMOVE THE VEHICLE.

THIS AGENCY HAS IN HAND THE VEHICLE'S ORIGINAL TITLE AND KEYS FOR THE VEHICLE. THE WINNING PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE TO TITLE THE VEHICLE AND ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THAT PROCESS. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
