Item Description

1995 Ruggerini Diesel engine. 21 Horsepower, 2 cylinder, 1 inch crankshaft. Low hours, runs great. Ignition is on motor, fuel tank included. Equipment Sold "AS IS".

Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the Township Highway Department at (814) 949-3355, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. Service records are available upon request. The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever.

Bids will be accepted from Thursday February 16, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. until Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 3:45 p.m. The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Thursday March 9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashier's check. The successful bidder must pick up the vehicle at the Logan Township Municipal Building Highway Garage building within 15 days (15) days of the awarding of the bid.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.

The successful bidder must pick up the equipment at the Logan Township Municipal Building within fifteen (15) days of the bid award. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
