Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the Township Police Department at (814) 949-3364, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever. All items sold AS-IS.
Bids will be accepted from Thursday February 16, 2023 until Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 3:10 p.m. The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Thursday March 9, 2023 at 6:00 PM. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashier's check. The successful bidder must pick up the equipment at the Logan Township Municipal Building building within 15 days (15) days of the awarding of the bid.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.

The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever. All items sold AS-IS. Bids will be accepted from 10:00 a.m. Monday June 23, 2025 until Tuesday July 8, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Thursday July 10, 2025 at 6:00 PM. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashier's check. The successful bidder must pick up the equipment at the Logan Township Municipal Building within fifteen (15) days of the bid award. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

FAIR WARNING ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are legally obligated to pay for your item per the terms of the seller if you are the high bidder at the close of auction. If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
