"This machine was in the auction before which I bid for.
What's the reason that it was put back again for auction?"
- Asked by #32778587 03/24/2023 12:47 PM
The high bidder from the previous auction failed to follow through with payment, after numerous attempts to complete the sale by the Township. Based on the advise of our solicitor, my Board had to formally reject the previous bids and reauthorize the sale of this machine. This second time up for auction has nothing to do with the machine itself. Still the same condition. Solely due to failure to submit payment by previous high bidder.
