Item Description
2003 New Holland LS180 rubber tire skid loader with 72" low profile quick attach bucket and bolt on tooth bar, 31.4 GPM Hi Flow Hydraulics. Three cylinder, 67 HP, 192 CID, turbo charged diesel engine with no emissions control equipment. Two speed transmission, 12.00x16.5 HD tires. Standard skid loader controls with hand levers controlling direction and steering and foot pedals controlling bucket and boom operation. Current hours are 734 and may increase as unit is still in use. Unit has enclosed cab and is equipped with heat and air conditioning. However, the air conditioning does not blow cold and will likely need recharged as it has in times past. The machine has been lightly used and all service performed on a regular basis. It is being replaced with a track machine that better serves our needs and also being past due according to the township replacement schedule. There are no known deficiencies with this machine with the exception as noted above. The machine must be picked up within 7 days following notification of of the Board of Supervisors approval of sale. - Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
