Some items are restricted in one jurisdiction and may not be restricted in another. The jurisdiction may vary within the state, county, or at the city level. Selected products and color variations of the product are restricted to Law Enforcement and/or Emergency Personnel only. By placing the order of such restricted product through this Site, you hereby consent that you are authorized to make such purchase and/or are permitted to use such restricted products in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws imposed on the restricted product. 

Emergency Light Permit will be required to be shown and dept Id; if either are not valid or unavailable then the bid will be rejected and a processing fee of $65.00 will be issued.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Ready Response USA, Inc DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Accepted method of payment is Certifed Check.

Buyer is responsible for removal of items. We do not provide moving assistance.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate/Confirmation Email.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $20.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate/Confirmation Email.

ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours.  Weekend pickups may be available upon request.

* will not provide any labour assistance with removal.
* will not sign any document for shipping.
* will not recommend any shippers, freight forwarders, couriers or delivery services.
* will not be responsible for any shipping, delivery, duties, import fees, taxes or any other charges.
* will not supply any asset information required for customs.
* will not be responsible for preparing any documentation foreign or domestic.

Ready Response USA, Inc DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services asks the Winning Bidder to sign the following Hold Harmless Agreement:

It is understood and agreed that the Winning Bidder is: 1) Is an authorized emergency responder who has appropiate credentials to utilize emergency lights. 2) The Winning Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ready Response USA, Inc DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services, and all if its officers, agents and employees of and from any and all liability for damages for injury to person and property, including death, and against and from all suits and actions and all costs, damages and changes of whatsoever kind and nature, including attorneys’ fees to which Ready Response USA, Inc DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services, may be put for or on account of any injury or alleged injury to person, including death, or property, resulting from the performance of Winning Bidder operations under this Contract, or by or in consequence of any neglect or omission on the part of Winning Bidder in the performance of operations under this Contract, whether such operations, or the absence thereof, be by the Winning Bidder, or anyone directly or indirectly helping the Winning Bidder. 3) Winning Bidder shall hold Ready Response USA, Inc DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services, harmless for damages to his equipment utilized during the term of this Contract.
