2012 Dodge Charger. 99,184 miles, 3.6 liter gasoline engine, white, automatic transmission, rear wheel drive. Vehicle sold "AS-IS".
Persons wishing to inspect the vehicle should contact the Township Highway Department at (814) 949-3355, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. Service records are available upon request. The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever.
Bids will be accepted from 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2023 until Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Thursday June 22, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashiers check. The successful bidder must pick up the vehicle at the Logan Township Municipal Building Highway Garage building within fifteen days (15) days of the awarding of the bid.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
