Item Description
VEHICLE DOES NOT RUN, AND WILL NEED TO BE TOWED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LOT.
2001 Ford F550 XLT 4wheel drive with dump and sand body V.I.N. 1FDAF57F21ED00262, 7.3L Turbo diesel WB 141, 17500 GVWR, 5sp, PS, PW, AM FM CD, tilt, cruise and dual rear wheels. Have tires and rims. 90992 miles
Has rust along the bottom of the doors and fenders rocker panels. No cracks in the frame that have been seen but is rusted. Oil pan has been patched but will need to be replaced. The turbo was in need of replacement and the clutch worked fine but will need to be replaced. A few minor parts have been removed but most major parts are still there. Windshield is cracked, driver’s seat has a small tear. The sander box has rust holes in it but worked prior to the truck dying. At the time of the truck dying. The motor would turn over but would not start so the truck was taken out of service and parked.
Truck is being sold as is with no warranty.

The successful bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled Selectmen’s meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2015; 15 Mechanic St Alstead, NH 03602 upon notification of award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Town within ten (10) business days. Only a bank check, certified check, cashier's check or money orders made payable to Town of Alstead will be accepted for payment. Payments shall be mailed to Town of Alstead Attn: Linda Christie, P.O. Box 60, Alstead NH 03602 or delivered to Town Offices, 15 Mechanic St Alstead NH 03602. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday.

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
