Item Description
Pierce Job # E-4426.1989 Pierce Lance Engine Tanker w/ 8V92 Detroit diesel motor w/ 475 hp and Allison automatic transmission. Unit is sold as is. Unit is still in service awaiting arrival of our new tanker, hopefully in August/September. Unit has 6 person enclosed cab, 1500 gpm Waterous single stage pump and 2500 gallon steel tank. Steel tank had tank saver added years past and tank anodes were changed intermittently. Pa. inspected until 4/24. PM's were done in the spring of '23 by Glick Fire Equipment.1 - 24' extension ladder, 1 - 12' roof ladder, 3 - 10' hard sleeves, 1 - floating dock strainer, 1 - low level strainer, 1 - barrel strainer, 1 - 2500 gal. portable tank, 1 - onboard/portable 5000 watt Honda generator, 2 - SCBA brackets, 10" dump valve w/ jet assist, straight, left/right dump extensions, 1 - 2 1/2" crosslay, 2 - 1 1/2" crosslays, 1 - 2 1/2" aux. suction each side, 2 - 2 1/2" direct fills in rear, 2 - 2 1/2" discharges left, right and rear, 1 - 5" discharge passenger side, unknown footage of 5" rubber supply hose will go with this unit. No handlines will transfer. New batteries 2/23. 428.8 pump hours. Auction will be until 8/28/23 to give ample time for onsite inspection for interested bidders. This unit does not have air conditioning.

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
