Item Description
2017 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor
115,790 miles / 14,789 engine hours (10,059 idle)
Former patrol vehicle - taken out of service due to scheduled replacement. Garage kept until April 2023. Complete service records available since new to include all routine maintenance and monthly preventative service checks (see attached pdf file). Water pump and timing chain replaced within last 4k miles, also left side catalytic converter. Only known issues are TPMS sensor, slightly lower compression in #6 cylinder, and cam phasers. Due to phasers, rocker rattle will be heard on cold starts only, for approx 1-2 seconds until oil pressure builds then are silent / no noise on warm starts. We also routinely check the engine oil level due to the cylinder issue and add as needed.
Vehicle runs and drives well. Will come with all equipment pictured, to include automatic long gun rack and a functional Martel dash camera. We do have the rear seats for the vehicle as well, which will be included. If vehicle is purchased by non-LE individual, emergency lighting and siren will be disabled and/or, removed.
Inspected until 10/23. Fresh professional detailing completed inside and out including disinfecting and steam clean of interior. Only damage is a few door dings and light scratches consistent with normal use, and a small area on the rear bumper as seen in the pictures.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
