Item Description

Listing is for 1 40 CU YD container. Container is in used condition , including, dents, rust, scratches and graffiti. Door and locking mechanism functions as it should.

Container will be sold in "as is" condition. Item must be removed within 7 working days of auction completion.

Sold as-is, where-is. No warranties expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for all removal, loading, and transportation arrangements. Pickup no later than two weeks after auction completion.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
