Baldor Reliance Paint Tote Mixer Model VL3510. Purchased new in 2021, used five times. Very good condition.
Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the Township Highway Department at (814) 949-3355, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever.
Bids will be accepted from 8:30 a.m. Monday, August 28, 2023 until Tuesday September 12, 2023 at 4:15 p.m. The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Thursday September 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashiers check. The successful bidder must pick up the vehicle at the Logan Township Municipal Building Highway Garage building within fifteen days (15) days of the awarding of the bid.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
