Item Description

You are bidding on a used/modified Scorpion: Rail Clip Applicator made by Racine Rail. Unit was Modified to run ballast into a dump truck. Sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS". Unit is operational, added conveyor does not have any mechanical issues, however there is no pump to run the conveyor, however it may require other repairs not immediately detectable.Overall condition unknown. Please refer to pictures. Will be sole responsibility of bidder to load and transport all items. CTA Will Not Assist.

METHOD OF PREMOVAL

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. A MINIMUM OF (3) BUSINESS DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED.  The Purchaser must provide all equipment, and appropriate flatbed truck capable of accepting this machine listed for sale .  The CTA will only ensure that the machine identified in this auction is accessible for loading by the Purchaser from ground level. Removal must occur only between hours set at a later date with schedule confirmation. 

For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License). 

NOTE: The removal of some components may only be possible by disassembling the components. The buyer is responsible for removal of all these components, regardless of size and at its own expense.

INSPECTION: THE RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF THE EQUIPMENT RESTS WITH THE BIDDER. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT THE ITEM(S) PRIOR TO BIDDING AND SUBMIT BIDS BASED SOLELY ON THEIR PERSONAL INSPECTION AND EVALUATION.

Equipment sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS", Removal from the listed location shall be by an appropriate truck capable of handling the complete load from its current location.
