Payment must be made in the form of a Certified Bank Check made payable to "Franklin County Technical School" or paid online at https://unipaygold.unibank.com/transactioninfo.aspx before the removal of items. Items must be removed within 15 calendar days of the winning bid notification. The winning bidder will be notified by email with an invoice providing details for payment and pickup.
Item Description
John Deere 4610 Hydro-static utility tractor with estimated 2,500 hours (this is estimate only, unit has dead battery so actual hours cannot be confirmed). Unit has significant wear and tear. Tires are about 70% in the front, about 40% in the rear. Hood is damaged in several spots, seat is warn, glove box is missing lid, fuel tank cover is missing (cap is still on). Unit was sent out for repairs and it was found that the hydraulic pump had failed rendering the unit unusable. Loader was removed, 3-point hitch is included and was functional. Repairs include but may not be limited to hydraulic pump replacement, flushing of entire hydraulic system, steering hub seal repairs / replace. Maintenance records may not exist. Item is being sold as is, where is, no warranty or guarantee is offered regarding known or unknown issues with the item. All loading and removal costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

After reviewing our records this unit may have up to 4,000 hours, however this is not confirmed. Also, this auction includes the tractor with the loader arms ONLY. There is no bucket with the loader arms.

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
