Item Description

This used 1984 M1394 Case Tractor, Serial # 11139318, is in good working condition for its age but it doesn’t currently start. There are 12 forward and 4 reverse gears. As of October 3, 2023, 3,300 hours of operation were noted, although the hour meter may not be accurate. This used tractor was purchased by the Town of New Marlborough in October 2013 as military surplus equipment. The interior has normal wear and tear for a tractor of this age and the body is in good condition with some rust. A key will be provided. All tires are better than 50%. An additional tractor of the same model will be included. Please note, the spare parts tractor has a seized motor. Both tractors will be sold as is. Both tractors will be sold where is. All prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the tractors or ask questions before bidding. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
