East Bradford Township is selling a 2017 Bobcat Toolcat model 5600: Specs are as follows:
2017 Bobcat Toolcat model 5600
- Well maintained. Up to date on all service. Everything works as it should
- Diesel

- 2 speed transmission with work mode
- Grapple bucket and utility bucket included. Grapple bucket has one new and one rebuilt cylinder.
- 4X4
- Cab with AC/Heat/ radio
- All wheel steer
- New front tires
- Hydraulic dump bed
- High Flow hydraulics
- Power Bob Tach
- 2" receiver on rear
- Comes with service records and operations/maintenance manual
The bad:
- Back tires worn and will need replaced soon
- Some minor surface rust, but no rust-thru holes. See photo of rust at the base of door jamb.

The Toolcat is being sold on an “As is, where is” basis. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to East Bradford Township in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to East Bradford Township, 676 Copeland School Rd. West Chester, PA 19380. Successful bidder shall remove item(s) within seven (7) days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of choice. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up Toolcat. Delivery is not available. The Township is not responsible for Toolcat once it has left Township property.
East Bradford Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Toolcat can be picked up at the East Bradford Public Works Facility located at 678 Copeland School Road, West Chester PA 19380.
Bid will be awarded at the East Bradford Township Board of Supervisors meeting on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
