All items will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Keating Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
Item Description
The township bought this truck brand new in late 2016 as a left over. We just received a new dump truck to replace it which is the reason it is for sale. It is ready to plow tomorrow and needs nothing. This truck was well maintained and serviced at all required intervals. The PA inspection was just done and you are ready to roll for another year.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
