Acceptable forms of payment are certified Bank Check or Money Order payable to the Town of Westminster. The Town of Westminster reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities. Removal is required by 3:00 pm June 28, 2024.

Municipal owned since new, this 4010 is Diesel powered and has 1,305 hours on it. 3- Point hitch and PTO works as it should. Tractor has mid mount 60' mower deck and bagger to the rear. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
