Item Description

2007 Ford 4X4 F450 dump truck with an electric tailgate and a 9’ Snow King power angle snow plow. This truck is in good running condition and has central hydraulics a 6.0 Liter diesel engine with all the updates with approximately 102000 miles. The truck needs batteries. The truck was retired earlier this year and does not have a current inspection sticker. VIN# 1FDXF47P07EB21305.

The Town of Lexington reserves the right to reject any or all bids and does not provide any guarantees and/or warranties relative to any item being sold. Each item is being sold "AS IS". Payment must be made with Cashier's Check, Treasurer's Check, Certified Check, or U.S. Postal Money Order payable to the Town of Lexington at the time of pickup. There are no refunds. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the date of the end of the auction. The winning bidder is responsible for title transfer costs and transportation costs for the pickup of each item. The winning bidder must also submit a signed “Certificate of Non-Collusion” (provided by municipality) prior to receipt of property as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, Section 10.

The surplus supplies will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the vehicle described in the invitation for bids. The awarding authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to dispose of the vehicle through a negotiated sale, provided that the negotiated sale price is higher than the highest bid received from a responsive bidder

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
