Item Description

Used Brown Aluminum Bus Stop Enclosure 12 foot by 6 foot 2 inch. There is some cracking and degradation on the plastic windows and the wood seats are in need of restoration. There is also evidence of corrosion on the unit. The bus stop was deleted and this unit was taken out of service in 2021. This unit is being sold with a Bill of Sale only. No title available. The facility is open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 2:30 for inspection or viewing by appointment only. Unit(s) is sold as is, where is plus, as stated in the Terms and Conditions document downloadable in this ad title "Municibid T&C" for full disclosure. It is up to the potential buyer to inspect the unit(s) prior to bidding. If you bid off the unit(s), you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the unit(s). All units must be removed from premises within 10 (ten) Business days. Please note, there is no loading assistance at this facility

A:	I was just informed the unit is "74 inches wide X 102 inches tall X143 inches long". I'm unsure as to the nomenclature "played down to transport". The unit is a ridged aluminum framed building with the bubble tops sealed and retained in place with plastic/aluminum glazing strips anchored in place with retaining screws. -Answered on 12/06/2023 12:04 PM

Our Buyers Fees

Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
