Item Description
This is a 2017 Ford Taurus Interceptor SDN being sold as is. Black and White. No exterior damage. Inspection expires 03/24. Tires in good condition. Interior console removed for patrol equipment. No rear seat - removed during cage installation. Interior rear doors have protective security features. Mechanical issues, vehicle overheated two times, blows white smoke, engine misses when running, codes present P0127 (Engine Coolant overtemp) P1285 (Cyl Head overtemp.) and P1299 (Cyl Head overtemp. protection), test shows Exhaust in Coolant. Vehicle does start and run. Vehicle sold as is.

(814)355-7543 Ext.103. SALES TRANSACTION The successful bidder shall make payment in full and take acceptance of equipment within ten (10) working days following the bid award. Only a certified check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to Spring Township Supervisors will be accepted. PRE-BID INSPECTION All equipment offered for sale may be inspected on-site Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 pm at the Spring Township Public Works Garage located behind the municipal building 1309 Blanchard Street Bellefonte Pa 16823, By appointment only. Contact Jordan Stoner 814-355-7543 Ext. 105. Equipment is offered for sale "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES" The successful bidder, upon making final payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all cost incurred for removal of said equipment. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of equipment at the time of purchase, special exceptions shall be agreed upon. HOLD HARMLESS The successful bidder, upon taking ownership of any and all equipment purchased within this contract, shall properly safeguard against any and all injury or damage to the public, to the public and private property, materials and things, and as such, the successful bidder alone shall be responsible for any and all damage, loss, or injury to persons or property that may arise, or be incurred in or during the removal, future use, and disposition of said equipment. In all cases, the successful bidder shall keep Spring Township free and discharge of and from any and all responsibility thereof of any sort or kind. The successful bidder shall assume all responsibility for risk or casualties of every description, for any or all damages, loss, or injury to person or property arising out of any future use, ownership, and or disposition of said equipment. The successful bidder upon taking ownership, shall assume and be liable for all blame and loss of whatsoever nature by reason of neglect or violation of any Federal, State, or Local laws, regulations, or ordinances. The successful bidder, upon taking ownership, shall indemnify and SAVE HARMLESS SPRING TOWNSHIP from all suits or actions of law of any kind whatsoever in connection with any future use, ownership, or disposition of any kind of said equipment.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
