The successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. Skinplate is two-piece 10-gauge steel plate brake formed curvature
The plow is a one-way reversible plow with a cutting edge of 12 feet; 5/8-inch thickness with first two bolt holes spaced at 6 inches apart and remaining holes at 12-inch spaces. Plow is a tapered moldboard design right hand discharge with tension spring trip moldboard action.
Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than ten (10) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Allen Township in the form of a cashier’s check or certified check made payable to Allen Township, 4714 Indian Trail Road, Northampton, PA 18067. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and award to the vendor of its choice. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
