Payment Details

Payment must be made by Certified Check or money order. The winning bidder will receive the invoice with payment instructions through Municibid email. Full payment is due within 10 days of winning the auction. Removal of item should be completed within 10 days of payment. If item is not picked up in 10 days after payment you will be in default and your payment will be forfeited. The use of a third party to pick up the item is at the buyer's expense and at the discretion of the Seller. If you intend to use a third party shipper the winning bidder must notify us immediately after winning the item and complete and return the authorization form (that we provide).

Item Description

1TB Hard drive (which has been recently wiped, no OS installed).
2.7 GHz Core i5 (I54570R) processor.
8GB RAM.
21.5” screen.
All were pulled from a working environment and appeared to be in good working condition when the hard drives were recently wiped.
Screens fully intact on most of them, except for 2 computers – one of which has a minor chip on the left side, and one of which has a minor chip on the left and right side. Note in pictures. The chips do not interfere with the viewable screen area and do not appear to be in danger of spontaneously spreading.
NO keyboard, no mouse, no power cord – just the computer itself is included.

A:	We purchased them new in June 2015. I don't have the actual production date. A serial number from the lot is listed in the bid specs above if that helps. -Answered on 01/22/2024 06:32 PM

Our Buyers Fees

With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
