2009 Ford F-550 Dump Truck. Vehicle has 47,085 miles. Vehicle comes with 9' Western Plow and Salt Dog Tailgate Spreader. Vehicle smokes cause it sat to long idling but is does run and drivable. This vehicle is not inspected due to taking vehicle out of fleet and replace with new dump truck. Note: Borough Council has to vote and approve the highest bid. The Council has the option to reject your bid. The purchaser understands that the Dump Truck is being sold in an "as is" condition with no representation by Bristol Borough regarding the condition of the vehicle, or their suitability for any intended us. The purchaser has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before taking possession.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
