1984 Case Backhoe Model #35-5808. 6,369 hours. It runs but has rear hydraulic issues. Note. Borough Council has to vote and approve the highest bid. They have the option to reject your bid. The purchaser understands that the Backhoe is being sold in "as is" condition, with no representations by Bristol Borough regarding the condition of the Backhoe, or their suitability for any intended us. The purchaser has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before taking possession.
