PRE-BID INSPECTION All equipment offered for sale may be inspected on-site Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 pm at the Doylestown Borough Pubic Works Garage located at 300 Harvey Avenue Doylestown Pa 18901.   Equipment is offered for sale "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES" The successful bidder, upon making final payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all cost incurred for removal of said equipment. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of equipment at the time of purchase, special exceptions shall be agreed upon. HOLD HARMLESS The successful bidder, upon taking ownership of any and all equipment purchased within this contract, shall properly safeguard against any and all injury or damage to the public, to the public and private property, materials and things, and as such, the successful bidder alone shall be responsible for any and all damage, loss, or injury to persons or property that may arise, or be incurred in or during the removal, future use, and disposition of said equipment. In all cases, the successful bidder shall keep Doylestown Borough free and discharge of and from any and all responsibility thereof of any sort or kind. The successful bidder shall assume all responsibility for risk or casualties of every description, for any or all damages, loss, or injury to person or property arising out of any future use, ownership, and or disposition of said equipment. The successful bidder upon taking ownership, shall assume and be liable for all blame and loss of whatsoever nature by reason of neglect or violation of any Federal, State, or Local laws, regulations, or ordinances. The successful bidder, upon taking ownership, shall indemnify and save harmless Doylestown Borough from all suits or actions of law of any kind whatsoever in connection with any future use, ownership, or disposition of any kind of said equipment.
