"Does the oil pan leak? Or has it been done also how is the condition of the frame thanks" - Asked by #565098 02/24/2024 01:10 PM |
A: |
The engine was removed and the oil pan replaced by us several years ago, condition of the frame is typical for a 2001 super duty. No frame issues that I know of but it hasn't been checked recently.

"How are the maintenance records? Are any available with purchase. Can you post pics of the rusted out spots and frame?" - Asked by #46001228 03/07/2024 10:31 PM |
A: |
There are no maintenance records with the truck, it was bought used by us approx 10 years but was maintained well since then. When I had the engine out to reseal and replace the pan I didn't notice anything suspicious going on. The truck starts great cold, shifts good and seems otherwise okay. I will post additional pics of underneath

The injectors were not replaced by us but they seem okay. The o-rings and injector cups were replaced when the engine was removed for reseal. Nothing major that I know of has been replaced.
