The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately or not more than 20 days from the conclusion of the electronic auction as determined by the Township.  Item is being sold as is with all sales being final upon approval of the bid by North Lebanon Twp.  Pre-bid inspection of the item is recommended.  There are no warranties expressed or implied and no refunds of any kind will be made.   North Lebanon Twp reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Successful bidder can pick up the item at the North Lebanon Twp building, 725 Kimmerlings Rd, Lebanon, PA  17046.

The unit is fully functional. The Township acquired the property the boiler was in. The property is being demolished so the boiler was pulled.

Yes, we do have the means to load the boiler on a truck or trailer. We just ask for advance notice of it being picked up to make sure equipment/personnel are available.
