Item Description

For Auction: 1996 Bend Pak (BP-9C) two post automotive lift. Lift was manufactured in December of 1996. Serial Number #22348 This unit was lightly used. This lift was inspected recently and failed due to the following reason(s): Cables Fraying, hydraulic pump loses prime due to possible pump / lowering valve issues. Additional issues may be present that are not listed in the full report that is attached to this listing. Includes lifting beams (2), hydraulic pump, hoses, 4 removable lifting arms, utility cross member. Buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring lift is in safe and correct functional order as listed in manufacture specifications prior to using unit. Seller is not responsible for any damages caused by equipment misuse or failure, buyer is encouraged to review inspection report and understand that this unit is being sold as is, where is, with no guarantee of operation. Buyer assumes all liability upon purchase and acknowledges that seller is not liable after that point. Loading assistance is available. Photos show multiple lifts and components stored in the same area, upon award each lift will be sorted out so buyer receives correct components (pump, beams, arms) for that specific lift.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
