Item Description

For Auction: Bend Pak two post automotive lift. No information on capacity or serial number from manufacture, as the data tag is missing. This unit was lightly used. This lift was inspected recently and failed due to the following reason(s): Right side lock does not engage, arm lock worn and not replaceable. Additional issues may be present that are not listed in the full report that is attached to this listing. Includes lifting beams (2), hydraulic pump, hoses, 4 removable lifting arms, utility cross member. Buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring lift is in safe and correct functional order as listed in manufacture specifications prior to using unit. Seller is not responsible for any damages caused by equipment misuse or failure, buyer is encouraged to review inspection report and understand that this unit is being sold as is, where is, with no guarantee of operation. Buyer assumes all liability upon purchase and acknowledges that seller is not liable after that point. Loading assistance is available. Photos show multiple lifts and components stored in the same area, upon award each lift will be sorted out so buyer receives correct components (pump, beams, arms) for that specific lift. NOTE: This lift is the larger unit in the pictures provided.

A:	Good Morning, Thanks for the questions. Unfortunately we do not have that information from the manufacture. The location where it was used prior to removal had 14' ceilings, so best estimate would be that the lift can provide 5' to 7' of capacity from ground level to working height. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
