RTV 900, serial number - 97498, product ID number - KRTV900A81097498.
Rear 2WD or 4WD, 3-cycle diesel engine, 21.6 HP. Max towing capacity 1300lbs., max speed 25 mph, hydraulic lift cargo bed and front hydraulic outlet. Hydraulic snow plow included.

The Town of Dillsboro (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Description Warranty: the Town (Seller) warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If the Town (Seller) confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to making an offer/bid. The beds is a bit rusty but solid, it has had problems in past getting stuck in gear but that was fixed with not later issues.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
