2014 Ford Explorer, 3.7 liter, V-6 Police Interceptor Package. White. Automatic transmission. AWD. 111,504 miles. Water pump replaced at 83,575 miles. Air conditioning, power windows and locks.
Maintenance records are available for the vehicle. Known issue-Needs catalytic converter. Body damage left rear quarter panel, right rear bumper. Vehicle sold "AS IS".
Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the Township Highway Department at (814) 949-3355, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. Service records are available upon request. The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever.
Bids will be accepted from Tuesday March 5, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. until Wednesday March 27, 2024 at 3:15 p.m. The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Thursday March 28, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashier's check. The successful bidder must pick up the vehicle at the Logan Township Municipal Building Highway Garage building within 15 days (15) days of the awarding of the bid.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
