This vehicle is being sold AS-IS – WHERE IS. Millcreek Township offers no express or implied warranty or guarantee and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids will be reviewed by the board. The Winning Acceptable Bidder will be notified after the August 14th Township meeting. Payment to be made when the vehicle is picked up. Payment by Cash or Cashier’s Check will be accepted. Title will be transferred at a local Notary Shop. Title transfer to be made Monday through Friday 8 AM – 2 PM from August 19th – August 30th, 2024. Any costs for transfer of title shall be at the expense of the winning bidder. Vehicle to be picked up by August 30, 2024.

Item Description

The Millcreek Township Board of Supervisors is seeking bids to sell a 2005 John Deere 997 ZTRAK mower with a 31 HP Diesel engine, and a 60" deck. The item has 3,567 hours of use. It was last serviced at approximately 3,100 hours. There are no known problems. This has various scratches, wear and tear including rips in the seat. This item starts and mows. It will come with spare blades and a new spare spindle.

Winning Acceptable Bidder will be notified after the 4/10/2024 meeting. Pick up will be from 4/11/2024 - 4/26/2024 , Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 2PM. Pick up location is the Millcreek Township Office 81 East Alumni Ave. Newmanstown, PA. 17073.

Payment to be made when item is picked up. Payment by Cash or Cashier's Check will be accepted. No personal checks. Item to be picked up within 15 days of notice of winning acceptable bid. See description for further instructions.
