Removal of Equipment: The successful bidder shall remove the purchased equipment from Village property within ten (10) calendar days of payment, unless alternative arrangements are expressly authorized in writing by the Village Administrator. Non-Refundable Policy: No refunds shall be provided for items not retrieved by the deadline specified herein. Reservation of Rights: The Village reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part. Buyer's Responsibility: The successful bidder shall bear sole responsibility for the retrieval and removal of the purchased equipment. The Village does not provide delivery services. Disclaimer of Liability: The Village shall bear no responsibility for the purchased equipment once it has been removed from Village property. "As Is, Where Is" Sale: All items are sold strictly on an "as is" and "where is" basis. The Village makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, as to the condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any item. This is a 2006 Tymco 600 Regenerative Air Sweeper with catch basin cleaning attachment on the back. It is mounted on a 2005 International 4200 vt 356 chassis. Unit runs, drives, and sweeps well and Has had regular scheduled maintenance.

The vehicle is being sold strictly as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. The Village of Sea Cliff makes no representations regarding the vehicle’s condition, safety, or operability. Interested bidders may request an in-person inspection by appointment only, prior to the close of auction. No test drives will be permitted. Please contact the Village to schedule. Full payment is due within five (5) business days of auction close. Accepted forms of payment include certified check, money order, or other method as specified by the Village at the time of sale. Buyer must remove the vehicle within ten (10) business days of auction close. Buyer is responsible for all removal, transportation, and associated costs. Vehicle must be removed during regular business hours. Title and bill of sale will be provided upon full payment. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be made for any reason.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
