Item Description
Up for auction is a 2007 Ford F550 dump truck with 4 wheel drive, manual transmission and V10 Triton gas engine. Truck has a rubber interior floor mat, bucket seats and the inspection is good to 6/24. There are 42,749 miles on the truck. GVWR is 17,950 LBS and can haul around 3.5 tons of material.
This truck was built by EM Kutz and has been used by the Borough from 2007 until now, being sold due to the vehicle replacement schedule. It has been used to plow snow as recently as February 2024.
This truck has a Galion body and hoist, Muncie PTO, manual pull mesh tarp, and Buyers 24" steel tool box mounted on the frame. Tailgate can open from top or bottom, has a center chute, and includes spreader chains.
The plow is a Fisher 9' stainless steel "X" blade with rubber edge and Minute Mount 2 mounting system.
You can view this truck WITHOUT an appointment Monday through Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm at 425 Cherry Street Bally PA. This address is one block behind the Borough Hall building and Fire Department. Truck will not be available for viewing on Friday 3/29.

Everything operates as it should. No issues with engine or transmission. Brakes work as they should. Lights all work. Truck was used for hauling stone and plowing as recently as February and has been parked inside a garage most of the time since then.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
