Certified check or bank wire transfer required prior to pick up. Certified check made payable to Keating Township. Item must be picked up within 20 days of auction end. All items will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Keating Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
Item Description
This is a great running excavator in great shape. It currently has 1014 hours on it but that number will be going up as we use this machine on a regular basis. We have updated to a new excavator and don't need two. That is the only reason we are selling this unit.
This Bobcat E85 machine just had it's 1,000 hour service done at the Bobcat dealer. All fluids and filters were changed. The hydraulic pressures were all set during the visit as well. This is a really nice machine that needs nothing and is ready to work tomorrow.

Overall this is a great machine ready to work today. While there are some scuffs on the tail swing area, all panels are straight. Cab is in great condition with all features working well. A/C is ice cold.
The machine is available for inspection at the township office from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mon-Fri. Please call 814-887-9921 to schedule an appointment.

This machine was auctioned in the fall but did not bring a high enough bid and was rejected at the board meeting. The reserve will not be revealed until it is met on this auction.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
