Payment Details
The successful bidder shall present a certified or cashier’s check or Credit Card written by or on a local financial institution and payable to the order of “Town of Oxford” for the total amount of the vehicle and before receiving the bill of sale, keys, and vehicle. No credit cards or personal checks will be accepted. Payment shall be delivered to the Oxford Town Office, 127 Pottle Rd., Oxford, ME 04270. Again, only after receipt of payment will the Town Manager issue the bill of sale, keys, and vehicle to the awarded bidder.
Item Description
Hale 1250 GPM pump, 970 gallons of water, and 30-gallon foam cell. E-4 has 119,447 miles with 7870, hours on the truck. This truck does have an onboard generator, seating for 4. Currently inspected and pump tested with no reported issues. This truck has a Cummins C8.3-300 Fire truck engine with an Allison MD 3000 Transmission.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
