Item Description
40' wide x 77' long x 18' high galvanized steel Quonset Hut style structure.
This building is located at Skymount Park 3073 Long Rd Green Lane PA 18054
It is being replaced with a new park pavilion. The buyer is responsible for removing the structure from the location. The Quonset Hut can be rebuilt or used as scrap. Some lower sections have 1"-10" of corrosion. Otherwise, building is very solid. Building is entirely bolted together in sections. Buyer is responsible for providing the township with a certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 combined single limit for injury to or death of one or more persons in an occurrence, and for damage to tangible property (including loss of use) in any occurrence; and naming the Township as an additional insured.

Marlborough Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids after the completion of this auction. The item will be voted on at the Board of Supervisors meeting on May 8th, 2024 @ 7pm

The bolts have 1/2" heads, the nuts are 9/16". Some look brand new, some have corrosion. See the pictures that have been added and you're welcome to go look at the building anytime between dawn and dusk.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
