Item Description
A 2015 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor with 102,178 Miles, a 3.7L V6, and 25,107 Engine Hours, Ford replaced the transmission at 71,326 miles in January 2020. The vehicle starts and runs. The inspection expired on 12/2023. The vehicle will likely need front control arm bushings replaced to pass inspection. AC also has a freon leak.
Emergency lights and sirens have been removed and disabled.
The auction will end on Monday, May 6, 2024, and the Borough Council will have to vote on the final approval of the sale on Wednesday, May 8. The vehicle will be available for pickup on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
Seller’s Terms & Conditions
The Borough Council must accept the winning bid on Monday evening, December 8, 2025. The vehicle sale and transfer can then take place as early as Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

I do not believe so. Most records only go back to 2020, and there is no record of that repair or service being done from 2020-2024.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
