Payment Details
Bids will be accepted until October 6, 2025 at 10 AM. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by the City of Franklin within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash, check or money order, made payable to the City of Franklin. The successful bidder must pickup the items within fifteen (15) days of awarding the bid. The City of Franklin reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
Item Description
1995 GMC 3500HD Bucket truck with 30 foot TELSTA aerial work platform. Truck is 2-wheel drive, 64,502 miles, 7.4 L TBI gas engine, automatic transmission, front tires 12/32”, rear tires 3/32” and brakes are 14/32”. Recent repairs/parts include new switches for the bucket controls, engine mounts, steering stabilizer, battery, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, brake lines and door hinge bushings.
Truck is equipped with an Onan gas generator/hydraulic power unit, fiberglass utility bed, auxiliary hydraulics and 120-volt outlet on side entrance of the bucket.
Crossmembers under the utility bed are rusted, utility bed has been patched and/or plated, and the auto-leveling bucket is malfunctioning.
The truck was recently removed from service and is being sold as is, where is, condition.

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
