Item Description
The mower is a 2009 Lastec 721 XR, 3 point mount, PTO driven finish mower. The mower has 7 individual 21” mower decks situated in 2 rows. The total mowing width is 132 inches. The decks articulate to conform to ground contours. All decks discharge individually to the rear of the mower. This mower was in use up until the delivery of our new mower this spring. There are 2000+/- hours and the machine shows normal age related wear. Tires are worn but are still usable as all are urethane filled and will not deflate.
This unit is sold on an as is/ where is basis with no written or implied warranties. This mower can be inspected Monday thru Friday from 7:00am-3:00PM. Contact Dan Nock at 724-625-1636x131 to schedule a time.
The sale of this is equipment is scheduled to be approved at the Board of Supervisors on May 20 2024, however the board reserves the right to reject the bids at their discretion.
The machine must be picked up within 10 business days of notification from the Township of Pine that the winning bid was accepted by the Board of Supervisors.

We have equipment with forks, and will be able to assist with loading. As long as its a flat bed trailer.

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
