Payment Details
The successful bidder will be required to submit a certified check or money order in the amount of 10% of the bid and payable to Warwick Township Municipal Authority by 12:00pm on November 11, 2025. The Warwick Township Municipal Authority Board will vote on the winning bid at their regular monthly meeting scheduled on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:00 PM. The successful bidder will be notified on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, of the Board's decision. The balance of the purchase price will need to be paid at the time of the acquisition of the equipment in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to Warwick Township Municipal Authority. The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs/labor associated with the transfer of the equipment. Warwick Township Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please note, this equipment is being sold AS IS and no warranty is implied or expressed by Warwick Township Municipal Authority.
Item Description
Warwick Township Municipal Authority is selling a 2008 Sullair 185 Air Compressor. The compressor features a Caterpillar C2.2 diesel engine with 482 hours on the unit. Engine is experiencing mechanical problems; however, compressor was working well prior to engine issues.
Seller’s Terms & Conditions
Warwick Township Municipal Authority, Lancaster County, will receive bids for a 1980 Empire Generator Model 550DJW-8E which includes a 300-gallon fuel tank. This generator is being offered for sale with a minimum reserve of $500.00 and is being sold as is. If the reserve is not met, Warwick Township Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The engine ran hot and overheated. After cooling down engine, the engine cranks over but will not start. We had the engine looked at by a local repair shop and they said it probably needed replaced.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
