- rust, factory radio missing, U-band clamp from turbo to muffler missing, several hydraulic oil leaks, cracked window, strobe light does not work, hydraulic breaks do not work but the parking break does, leak in tire but needs new tires since all are pretty worn.

This vehicle is being sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied. The vehicle must be picked up at the Uwchlan Township Police Department located at 717 North Ship Road, Exton, PA 19341. The transfer of title will take place at a local auto tag agency, and payment may only be made by certified bank check. The purchaser must be prepared to provide official identification at the time of purchase and be prepared to title the vehicle at the time of purchase.

Not sure. the mower hasn't been run in a very long time my best guess would be maybe around a maximum 12 feet...

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
