Item Description
For Sale is a Trane Air Cooled chiller that is currently in operation. The chiller is being replaced as part of a geo thermal upgrade at our elementary school. The chiller has been factor serviced since installation and currently has no obvious issues. The chiller will be removed from the roof sometime toward the end of June by the mechanical contractor and can be placed on the successful bidders trailer at the same time if the appropiate arrangements can be made. The district has no other need for the chiller once it is disconnected
The chiller is being disconnect electrically and mechanically. The refrigerant will be in the unit. Unit will be placed at the district for pickup. We will be having multiple cranes on site and should be able to arrange the loading of the chiller onto the successful buyers vehicle. I can not guarantee this will happen, but we should have little issues with loading it onto someone's truck.

Length - 187 5/16" Width - 88 3/16" 10752 lbs - this information is based on the information I found online in the Trane manual for this unt.

Approx. 11,000 lbs is what the contractor is stating. Unit is being removed on Wednesday and sent to the crane yard for storage. Please see the edited description for the loading location of the chiller

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
